Winged Delegates is an art initiative built around a single street-facing window in San Francisco’s notorious Tenderloin. Born from a devastating fire and shaped by the neighborhood’s social challenges, this initiative opens a digital art contest around the very issues this community lives with every day.
We invite artists to create works that can resonate with the people passing by - not inside a gallery, but on the street, in real life. Winning works are sent ' winged' onto our screen, where they bring light, reflection, and positive energy to the very people most artworks never reach.
